- PT ✶ A Mayuí é uma marca de fitwear que buscava uma transformação completa para consolidar sua presença no mercado. O objetivo era reestruturar seu posicionamento, discurso e identidade, antes genérico e sem diferenciais claros e apelativos, para se destacar em um segmento competitivo e estabelecer uma conexão mais profunda e significativa com o público.
- A partir de um processo profundo de investigação em 3 frentes (negócio, público e mercado), foi possível atingir clareza sobre qual era de fato a proposta única de valor da Mayuí, e desenvolver um projeto completo de rebranding assertivo e diferenciador que une estratégia e criatividade.

Through a deep investigation of its business, audience, and market, the brand redefined its unique value proposition: "The brand for cool & real gym girls." This repositioning focuses on stylish young women who love working out and embody this lifestyle. Mayuí offers products that combine the desired aesthetics with essential performance and safety, while fostering motivation and a sense of belonging through a engaged community.
The rebranding introduced a minimalist yet bold visual identity, creative expressions, and lifestyle-driven products with empowering phrases like "Lift like a girl." This strategy transforms Mayuí into more than just a fitwear brand; it represents a shared lifestyle that inspires, connects, and celebrates individuality. By adopting a young, approachable tone and strategic actions such as community-building events and collaborations, Mayuí distinguishes itself in a competitive market as a unique and appealing choice for its target audience.
